    " I know that people are going to be curious as to what's real and what's fantasy in the movie. All I can say at this time is that some of the scenes are dead-on real, captured "as it happened" for the 1st time. Other scenes were totally made up and things happened to different people who had nothing to do with the movie.  But it all happened!!. "

    "All of the actors in NBM are Americans, born and raised but you've never seen a movie with Americans that look like us!"

DION BASCO
    " It was a wonderful experience working with my brothers and friends on a project that is so close to us.  And although we were pretty much playing ourselves we still had to challenge ourselves emotionally and sometimes go places that were a little scary.  Some of us had to look at the bad characteristics of our personalities.  All in all, I hope to do it again soon. "

    " This film dealt with very personal issues between me and my brothers, family and business that sometimes to confront it in real life it may get you sick, literally.  This film demanded it from you. "

    " My friend Adam was Adam. Paully was Paully.  Dante was Dante. Dion was Dion. Darion was Darion. My son was really my son and I was playing Derek dealing with real issues.  Get the hell out of here!!  Who wants to play that?  But we did, and we bared our souls and told the truth.  Now that's what I call being Naked. "

    " What a wonderful opportunity it was to work with such gifted actors, all of which I am fortunate enough to call my friends.  It was a great ride folks and I thank you for it. "

    " As the director I must say that NAKED BROWN MEN: The Movie was an amazing experience, really an experiment in human dynamics.  Actors are used to shedding the skin of their "real" lives in order to assume the lives of fictionalized scripted characters.  But in this case we have the Basco brothers actually playing themselves in a factionalized situation! Faction is a word that describes Fiction and Fact coming together. With this dynamic alone, I knew that this could  trigger a whole new paradigm, on the set and in their lives.  The script  written by Adam G and Derek Basco was designed to push a plethora of psychological buttons, and it succeeded in doing just that. As much fun as it was working with these extraordinarily  talented guys, I was so aware that there were emotional land mines everywhere just waiting in the shadows to go off. To their credit the guys stayed in the zone and played it all out professionally but we all knew that "it" was coming!!!"

    " Since Adam G actually lives with the Basco brothers and Derek Basco is the older brother who knows them so well, the script was right on. Complicating all of this, is the fact that we shot the movie in their real home, used their real wardrobe, shot in their bedrooms, used household items as movie props and basically plumbed the artifacts of their real lives. NBM reveals subtle nuances of their complex personalities and familial relationships that over the years had been  kept secret and unexamined.  Not any more!  Add to the mix that the script is hilariously written and performed by these natural born comedians. I think that our audience will be "off the hook" with laughter.  I know that during production it was very hard to keep from exploding into fits of laughter because they're just so funny. You've never seen these brothers quite like this before!!! "
    "At other times the atmosphere  on the set was so intense, that the air was literally sucked right outta the room. Adding to the equation is the fact that the Basco brothers are very, very competitive and they love each other; all the while they're creatively fighting to express themselves and to keep it real. Forgetaboutit!!! It's gonna be a trip for the audience, rolling with laughter. Nobody will escape the cathartic experience of NBM. I can't wait to get it out there!!! "

    " It was a wonderful experience to work with my Naked Brown Brothers and my fine nubiam sisters.  This was a hard juggling act to constantly go from actor extraordinaire to being a light reflector for my fellow actors, because I was the only thing on the set which was white enough to bounce the light off of. "

    " One may think I was living the white mans burden; they must not worry because I was actually in white man's heaven surrounded by beautiful exotic goddesses.  This was some deep ass sh*t!  One must realize that this experience is about saving one's soul.  Staying true to thyself and believing that we have the power to change anything...except if you're white because no matter how much you try, you will not end up brown.  Yo this sh*t was not easy! I mean I had to tell the whole world "I wish I was Brown!" Some people might think that I'm crazy, that I need to be committed.  That's cool, I can handle it, as long as they hook up my room with pictures of beautiful brown women, play hip-hop & R&B and serve me some tasty ass soul food. "

    " This is a story that must be seen because people need to be woken up and realize how beautiful their surroundings actually are. It's like we live in a market with an array of tasty spices but all we use in making our soup is a couple of these spices.  It tastes bland!  We need to add some flavor and use those spices up because after watching this movie you're going to want to make one hot and spicey bouillabaisse."

    " Personally I'm not down for any one race except for the 'One' which is the human race. By the end of this movie you'll forget about the color of our skin, the way we talk or how we act.  I believe you'll identify with the story because the bottom line is that this film is a good old fashion love story.  You will see that love does conquer all. "
