What is Public Performance Rights (PPR)? The Exhibition or Screening of this Video in a Public Setting requires the venue, establishment, or in some cases the individual to secure an additional license, The Public Performance License. The basic concept here is that if you, your class or Institution are going to benefit from the Performance of a Producer's Work, the Producer should also benefit. These additional PPR fees collected by the Libraries or Educational Institutions are paid to the Producer as compensation for the performance of their works within a Public Arena i.e.: Classroom, Rental Facility, Library, Auditorium or part of a Public Presentation for paying customers or for free.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is where you can place an order for a DVD before it has been released. We are providing special discount prices and an expected release date for the DVD's.

We process all pre-orders first, and they are processed in a first ordered, first processed basis. By placing a pre-order you are reserving a copy from our first shipment. Pre-orders are therefore non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

When do you ship my Pre-Order?

We ship pre-orders when they arrive with us using United States Postal Service. If the release date (see above in the first column) from our manufacturers is accurate they will usually get the DVD stock to us the day before the release date. We then process the DVDs in order to ship it to you by the release date.

When do I pay for my Pre-Order?

You must pay for the pre-orders ahead of time in order to get the benefit of the special discounts. We use PayPal to process all credit card payments.

Direct Deposit

If you are paying by direct deposit we must require that the monies be deposited in our account before we can consider the transaction completed.

Cheque or Money Order

If you wish to pay by cheque or Money Order, we need to have your Money Order in our Bank Account before the January 31, 2006 deadline.

What happens if the release date is changed?

Release dates are subject to change, slippage, delay, misfortune, miscalculation, and can also be inaccurate guestimates by over-eager DVD producers and /or manufacturers and other times they are just plain wrong.

We update the release dates and other information on our website when we receive updates from our manufacturers. Our website will show the most up-to-date information that we have. If we receive information from our manufacturers that the DVD will be delayed for a significant time, we will email all our pre-order customers and let them know what is going on .

What if the price changes?

Sometimes our manufacturers increase or decrease their prices. If the price goes down, we will charge the new lower price. If the price goes up, we will honor the original special price for the pre-orders. In any event we will email or telephone you.

What happens when a DVD is delayed?

All Pre-orders are kept in our system until the DVD is released. When a DVD is delayed or has not arrived with us by the expected release date our site will show the availability as overdue / delayed until the DVD arrives in stock or until we receive a new release date from our producers or manufacturers. If we receive information from our manufacturers that the DVD will be delayed for a significant time, we will email all our pre-order customers and let them know what is going on.
