ENTRY FORM

An entry is defined as 1 to 10 Graffiti Art pieces (single subjects) per application. Entrant/Writer can mix their Categories: 
 

                            (A) Walls (Murals - Pieces)                 (F) Canvas
                            (B) Sculpture                                     (G) Tattoo
                            (C) Mixed-Media Installation              (H) Cyberspace Art
                            (D) Old School (pre-1990)                   (I) Collage
                            (E) Pen and Ink                                  (J) Other Medium

Please type or print  legibly:  Title of Piece, Category and a one (1) sentence description (in English) of the Piece. Identify and number each piece (include the date completed). Photocopies of this Entry Form is acceptable.

By my signature, I release from liability  THE 1998 I.G.A.C. , Bob Bryan, BRYAN WORLD PRODUCTIONS, its agents and all program sponsors. I further agree that all submitted photographs,  accompanying press materials, artist's statement  can be used for exhibit in: advertisement, catalogues / book and video media ie: The Documentary GRAFFITI VERITE III: THE INTERNATIONAL ART OF GRAFFITI. Submission of this entry form implies acceptance of  THE 1998 I.G.A.C. rules and regulations. Send the Entry Form and photos of the Artwork to:

However, neither  the   Competition  organizers,  sponsors,  nor  supporting organizations  can  assume responsibility for damage to, or loss of material submitted.The I.G.A.C. assumes no responsibility  for the prints submitted.  The Photo Prints will not be returned, so please send only copies - no originals!

Bob Bryan / B.W.P./ Graffiti Verite'/ I.G.A.C. cannot and will not condone or encourage any illegal activity. The I.G.A.C.  is strictly an Art Oriented event and believes in the concept of  "Freedom of Expression" to create Art. All Entrants will be notified by August 1998.
